See Clancy's Homepage Meet Clancy (#0150), this handsome boy is a Border Collie/English Setter mix who is almost 2 years old. He is around 45 pounds. He spent most of his young life tied up outside or at a shelter. Clancy is a shy but friendly guy who has discovered that he loves living in a house. When he first moved in he was very nervous of everyday household noises and was fascinated by the TV. He has become accustomed to the noises of the furnace and the fridge, and still watches TV sometimes. He is housebroken, but did have a couple accidents the first few days. Clancy is kennel trained, he goes in well and is quiet. He is kenneled during the day when his foster mom is at work. Clancy gets along with other dogs. He
