Rascal is a 13 month old Border Collie and Black Lab mix who was found as a stray. Many animals are abandoned and left to fend for themselves - Rascal being one. We have discovered he loves kids and cats and gets along well with other dogs. Rascal needs a better future in a loving forever home.
