Update 1/17/09 ~ Roxi has been with us for a week now. She has already learned so much in just one week's time. The day she came she jumped on furniture. But now she won't even try. She was spayed yesterday and is recovering well. Roxi is a very good house dog. She doesn't bark when she is in her crate. She is getting along fabulously with the resident dogs and cat. She is doing well on a leash and loves going for walks. She hasnt had an accident in a few days now. Somebody will be quite lucky to adopt this young wonder dog! She also loves squeaky toys and rawhide bones!Update 1/10/09 ~ Roxi has arrived to her foster home and seems relieved to be in a home setting once again. She was a little nervous at first, but she relaxed within a few minutes and is playing well with the other dogs, both male and female. I have not heard a peep out of Roxi since her arrival, even when I put her in her crate for an hour to clean the house. Roxi is very thin and needs to gain a good 10lbs or so. But shes happy to eat and so far has been great about letting us take toys and food from her. Roxi is a bouncy girl when shes excited, but she settles down very well and is really only looking for more pets. First Notes ~ Roxi is a sweet little 6 month old Black Labby girl. She is about 40lbs and loves to play. She is great with kids and other animals and is learning basic obedience commands. She is also learning how to walk nice on a leash! Roxi is looking for a family to call her own! Roxi is spayed, utd on vaccinations, microchipped and tested neg for heartworm. Indoor home is a must. Please email Emily to inquire on Roxi! Application and donation required!
