LAYLA (PRETTY GIRL IN PINK) FOSTER HOME NEEDED DESPERATELY... She will be at our adoption event on Saturday - Island City Yard Sale - Hagan Park, 2020 Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors. It is an open-air flea market and we will be there (weather permitting) from 8am - 2pm. Call first to be sure they are there 954-579-3753. This lttle gal was rescued during a bad storm. No collar, no tag or owner in sight. She is pure PURE LOVE. She is sweet, friendly, knows basic commands and is waiting for her own forever home. Vet figures she is about a year old and is full grown at about 35 pounds. She is a bossy little thing and we think she would do best in a home where she can be th eonly pet. She is well behaved in the house, walks well on a leash, is housebroken, likes to splash on the top step of the pool but isn't too keen on going out on the boat. We don't think she is too keen on cats as she has probably only ever seen them as prey while they are running away. But she is SMART and does mind. She has received a clean bill of health. She is spayed and has been brought up to date with shots and chipped. An adoption fee of $150 will apply and will be put towards her vet and care bill. She is living in a foster home in Fort Lauderdale, Interested parties should contact Jan 954-462-8840 eves or by email: We are an all volunteer not -for- profit rescue organization - and we all work full time jobs! So, phone calls are returned weekdays AFTER work, generally between 8pm - 10pm. So when you leave a phone #, please leave a daytime and evening number and/or email. Our rescued animals are all thoroughly vetted; spay or neutered, brought current on shots, tested for heartworm and ehrlichia. micro-chipped and given the good health stamp of approval. Since we don't have a shelter, they all live in our own homes, so they come to you with a bit of history vs. straight out of a kennel. The adoption fee is a donation to this rescue group, that allows us to continue rescuing and providing vet care for other animals in need. 40908J
