'Scruffy' - adorable little Bichon mix, possibly with poodle. Poor Scruffy was found wandering with a matted coat and some injuries to his neck, which have been taken care of and he is on the mend from all of that! He is now sporting his short summer haircut, and is a cute, happy little guy! Neutered, housebroken, about 20 pounds.
