Caesar was probably born near the beginning of the year. He and his six brothers and sisters were found tied up in a grass sack and stuffed into a dumpster outside of a doctor's office. The doctor rescued the babies and is fostering them until they can find forever homes of their own. Because we don't know a lot about Caesar's past, we don't know what his mix of breeds might be. Based on appearance, it appears he and his siblings are likely beagle and/or terrier mix. We expect that they will be small to medium-sized dogs. They are quiet puppies and well-behaved, and just want someone to love them. Caesar will have had his third puppy vaccination and will be ready to go to his forever home on April 16.
