She is spayed, UTD on vaccines housetrained and weighs 28 pounds. Her story: I found Pepper after she had been dumped in a school yard close to my house. Some kids were pulling her around by a jump rope tied around her neck. She was terrified. They said she had been wondering around the school for a few days and their mom was getting ready to call the pound. I decided to take her home but on the way I noticed she was having trouble walking. After looking at her paws I noticed all 4 were bloody raw. It was obvious that she had spent her entire life in a box living in her own waste. Not only were her paws raw but she was very thin and covered in fleas. She had been very neglected. She was afraid of everything, especially loud noises. I figure she must have been bred to be a hunting dog but she was afraid of the shotgun noise and was discarded.
