Please contact Judy (judy@r-pal.org) for more information about this pet. Colby Wins the Best Puppy Ever! He had is first Petsmart Adoption weekend 2/22/09 and the little guy was incredible, very smart doggie, was constantly watching all that was going on,....All the kids that asked if they could pet Colby, he licked their hands with kisses. We started our very first training on the leash in Petsmart and he was amazing. He even figured out that every time he sat down he got treats and if he stayed sitting he got even more:-) Good Sit Colby!....So there ya go...The Best Puppy Ever! Looking for Only The Best Family Ever:-) Hi there, I am Colby and I am a completely awesome doggie, lots of fun, loving, will even talk to you. I think I must have a little hound in me cause I do like to talk a little, not too much though:-) Fisty, happy, fun loving, love to play with my momma and brothers and I am not afraid of anything, well almost. I am very intellegient too, I watch all that is going on and am very curious about life I just need to find a really great home. I made it through all the nasty just so I could be your lifelong companion...cant wait to meet you:-) The really great thing about RPAL, I get to run and play all day long with my other litter mates, lots of other puppies and adult doggies. This is helping me learn my socialization skills on how to behave with other doggies in the world. Doggie Foster Moms Red & Bootsy watch over me to make sure I am protected and behaving myself. They teach me how to play with other puppies nicely and Doggie Foster Dad Trapper the Patriarch teaches me to respect other elders and most especially when they are eating. RPAL also doesnÂ’t adopt any of us until we are at least 8 weeks old, so we have learned a lot about bit inhibition (means when know how hard to bite and when to ease up) at least that is the theory. Plus, another really neat idea at RPAL, we are free fed here, which means food is out anytime we want to eat, we never have to fight for food here, which will hopefully keep us becoming food aggressive in life. So I am becoming a really great doggie and will be able to play well with others anytime, anyplace. Please think of me when your looking to adopt, I am a very good doggie just looking to be your companion for life.
