Peaches is another dog that was pulled out of the creek as a puppy. We believe that someone threw the entire litter off a nearby bridge. Fortunately, we came along and rescued them. Only 5 of the 6 survived and are now almost 2 years old. Peaches is very sweet and loves to be petted and would be great with a family of kids. She is sometimes a little shy but soon warms up to everyone. She is spayed and is current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative. While she has been outside most of the time since she has been here at the sanctuary she is small enough (about 22 pounds) and smart enough to soon become a great indoor companion.
