Description:
Shy is a five year old, female Beagle mix who was adopted from Second Chance as an eight week old puppy. The previous owners moved to a location where pets were not allowed and she was returned to the shelter. Shy is friendly, playful and absolutely loves people! Mellow, affectionate, and a bit on the vocal side, Shy is housebroken, crate-trained and like car rides. Reinforcement of basic obedience, continued socialization and the learning of leash manners would be extremely beneficial. Because Shy can be a little nervous of new or uncomfortable situations, we recommend an experienced home, with children fifteen years and older. Other dogs are possible upon introduction, but Shy would prefer a home without cats. If you’re looking for a sweet girl to shower with love and attention, then come and meet our sweet Shy.
