Description: 
Blue did his time at animal control and is now in foster care. He appears to have some Blue Tick Coonhound in his to too distant past, but he is not much bigger than a beagle. Blue gets along great with other dogs and dog-friendly cats. He is very sweet and loves to have his belly rubbed.
