See Harper's Homepage Harper is a calm, sweet dog. He would make an ideal lapdog. He came to the shelter with his mother, a purebred Beagle. We think he's mixed with Blue Heeler because of his spotted legs. He is just 10 weeks old, and weighs 12 lbs.
