Trooper is just that - a trooper. He was found in the Little Rock area, covered with ticks and fleas, an irritated eye, and all sorts of things that can make a guy uncomfortable. He has been diagnosed with Horner's Syndrome from an old injury, which is not a problem, one eye just looks "different" It won't cause him any problems in the future, and may just resolve itself eventually. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, and loves people.
