Though her exact breed composition is anyone's guess, everyone who meets this sweet lady keeps asking if she is a Basenji/Shepherd mix so it seems that is a likely mix! Roxy is very unique looking and extremely gorgeous in person. Weighing 42 lbs., she is smaller than some of her photos indicate. At approximately 2.5 years-old, Roxy is a great mix of fun energy and laid back adult. We know we may be biased, but Roxy is really the perfect dog...social and loving with all people, playful but relaxed...we could go on and on! She really is just a well balanced, loving, adaptable girl. Roxy is currently at a boarding facility where she adores playing with the other dogs; the staff at her boarding facility describe her as 'all smiles and super wiggly' with other dogs. However, Roxy was temporarily in a foster home with two other (older female) dogs and did not do so hot with them; in a home environment she may be best matched with a male dog and perhaps one that is more submissive. She also would be perfectly content (and may even thrive more) in a home without other dogs but she certainly will do well if she needs to go to daycare and/or be boarded. As with all One Tail at a Time dogs, Roxy is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $200.
