Willie needs a foster! This is Willie! At only 1 year old, he's already had such a tough life. He was found by animal control in rural South Carolina on the verge of death. Luckily, the kind people at the shelter took him in and gave him another chance at life. Now we are trying to find him a forever home so he'll never go hungry again! Willie is a one year old Basenji mix. He weighs about 17.2 pounds and looking healthy! He is very sweet and very friendly -- he would be the perfect dog! Willie's baby teeth are permanent, but they work just fine. That means that he still has his little gentle teeth, so he'd probably be a great dog around young children! Like most shelter dogs, Willie will probably need a housebreaking refresher. But he is likely crate trained! Don't let Willie ever go hungry again!
