Kita is a 3 mo female australian shepherd mix puppy who was rescued along with her sister Katie just in time from a rural TN kill shelter. Kita is friendly and well-socialized with a medium activity level. Loves to run and play outside, but then settles down quickly in the house. Likes to go for walks, loves to be with people, enjoys being petted and brushed. Great with kids, cats and other dogs. Recommended for children 6 years and older. Instruction begun on housebreaking, crate-training and leash walking. Knows basic commands. Weighs about 24#, healthy, altered and utd on shots. A note from her foster mom: 'Both Kita and Katie are sweet, good-natured, loving puppies. Kita is the quieter of the sisters and very well behaved. She's smart and eager to please and already knows basic commands like sit, down, come. Kita is very loving and affectionate and would do well in a home with other dogs.
