The McKamey Animal Care and Adoption Center has puppies from 2 to 4 months that will grow up to be medium to large dogs. They are mixes of lab, shepherd, hound, beagle and many other breeds. The foster to adopt program allows a family to take a puppy home and foster it until it is old enough to alter. During the time it is in foster care, it is the responsibility of the Center and all vet care and vaccinations will be scheduled at McKamey. Once the puppy is altered and the adoption is finalized, the adoption fee must be paid and the puppy is the responsibility of the new owner.
