Description:
SULLY is a 10 month old Australian Shepherd who was abandoned in Atlanta , GA. A good Samaritan picked him up but could not keep him because she already had too many dogs.. Thankfully, she and her animal loving friends reached out for rescue help so he would not have to be taken to their county pound. Sully is a gorgeous boy. If he is not a purebred Aussie, he is close to it. He weighs about #40 and is friendly with people and other dogs. He seems a little bit too interested in cats, so we are searching for a home without cats. Also, because he is young and rambunctious, we prefer a home without toddlers. Sully appears to be almost completely housebroken. He will need some additional work with basic obedience and leash training, but he is a brilliant dog and so eager to please. If you have the initiative to invest some time and effort into a new pet, this dog might be the perfect choice for you. Sully will be neutered, completely vetted, and ready for adoption shortly . If you could offer this lovely young dog a home for a lifetime, please email us right away so we can start the adoption process with you.. FYI~ If a dog is marked PENDING on our petlist, it means that the dog is currently in the midst of a 2 week trial period with an adoptive family. FENCING~ If you own your own home, we will ONLY adopt to you if you have secure outdoor fencing or if you can commit to leashwalking your pet 100% of the time. We will NOT adopt to homes that tether dogs to outdoor lines or allow them to roam freely outside while unleashed. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!
