Description:
From Sidney's family:
Sidney is a 7-year-old Australian Cattle Dog - Red Heeler). She is very well-trained; in fact, she was the valedictorian of her training class. She can do all sorts of tricks and can still learn more. She loves to play catch with a ball or Frisbee, and really loves to swim. We've got two new additions (twins!) to our family expected to arrive in November. While this is definitely an exciting thing for us, it also means we need to make several changes.
We are very sad about this decision but feel that we need to let Sidney go to live in a new home where she can get the attention she is used to getting. We just know that three babies in the house will make her extremely nervous and feel left out. This was a very hard decision for us but if she can find a good home that would make it easier. The adoption fee for Sidney is set at $25. She is spayed, current on shots, and microchipped. Adoption Information: We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to lining up an appointment to visit the animal(s) at the animal's home. For more information on our adoption procedures, (such as requiring adopters to travel to central Iowa to pick the animal up when approved to adopt as A.P.E. does not ship animals or meet people half way) or to obtain a pre-adoption questionnaire to become eligible to adopt, please visit our website's Adoption Page.
