Description: 
Blue Jay is about 9 months old and appears to be a purebred Blue Heeler. He has only a stub tail and is a high energy dog who needs a home where his people can give him lots of exercise and lots of training to occupy his high ability for learning new skills. Blue Jay is confident, outgoing, playful and affectionate. He came into the Dixie Pet Underground Railroad from a high-kill animal shelter. He has been neutered, is heart worm negative and up-to-date on his vaccinations. Blue Jay gets along well with other dogs, all people and children. Blue Jay can travel to his new home on April 30. 'Pooches on the Move' is a cooperative of five
