I'm Willie and I was singing the blues at Hobbs Animal Shelter while I awaited someone to come and reclaim me. The trouble was, I had a severely injured back leg. The kind woman at Dogs Deserve Better knew that no one would adopt me in this condition so she snapped a photo of me and sent out an email asking for someone to help save my life. And boy am I lucky... A Kind little lady named Jennifer read about me and her and her husband decided to let me have life. They are paying for my leg amputation and are giving me a temporary foster home with them. Jennifer really loves me and I love her too but we both know that my perfect home is still out there. Could it be you? Are you willing to give a three legged dog like me a nice, loving, indoor home? I am still quite active so I will need someone who will still take me for walks. We work alongside with transport coordinators who will help us arrange a transport to get your potential pet to your home. We also have an airport within an hour and a half , and if you are willing to pay airfare, we could try to fly your pet to you. Adoption Fees A tax-deductible donation of $125 to 501c3 Dogs Deserve Better. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption (unless a courtesy listing). We DO NOT adopt dogs as 'outside' dogs only or 'chained' dogs!
