Description: 
Syrius is a gentle creature who was found roaming on 7/28/09. He's seemed to have had a rough life. As you can see in the third photo there is an indication of scarring from an embedded collar. It was discovered during his evaluation with our dog trainer that Syrius has had some abuse yet, as with many abused dogs, he is so very good with people. He has had some training and appears to be OK with other dogs, but cats are a no-no for Syrius. They are just too challenging for him. Syrius is a very quiet dog in our kennels. He weighs 62 pounds and is 20' high at the shoulder. We estimate his age at 2 years.
