Here is what Butch's Foster Mommy has to say...
My name is Butch. I’m a 5 month old, brindle colored pitbull mix. I’m looking for a good home. I love to play and get attention. I get along with most other dogs, but I have a little food aggression. My foster mom has been working with me and I’m getting better, but I still need a lot of love, patience and understanding. I’m house broken and walk well on a leash.
They found me on the streets of Manhattan, but I would love to have a forever home with you. I would make a great pet for a single person or a family.
I have already been neutered, wormed and micro-chipped and have all my shots.
Butch is currently being fostered in Norristown, PA, in a loving home with children and other pets receiving wonderful, possitive and continued socalization.
Butch's Adoption Donation is $250. This Donation goes toward the cost of Butch's Vetting, time in foster care and to help save more lives!
A Little Bit About Am Staffs: The American Staffordshire Terrier is a happy, outgoing, stable, and confident dog. Gentle and loving towards people. Good-natured, amusing, extremely loyal and affectionate family pet. It is good with children and adults. Almost always obedient, this dog wants nothing more then to please its master. It has given outstanding results as a guardian of property, but is at the same time esteemed as a companion dog. When properly trained and socialized, the Staff makes a great family companion. This breed is not for the passive owner who does not understand that all dogs have an instinct to have a pack order. A friendly, trustworthy, dog who is an especially good dog for children.
