Penelope (Nelly) is about 3 years old and is a prissy little girl. She does not like getting her feet wet and doesn't even like to touch the wet grass, but this silly girl does enjoy a good belly rub from time to time. She wouldn't do well in a home with cats, but she gets along very well with other dogs and older children. She is very playful with lots of energy. Nelly is a wonderful dog, nice and sweet. She has very nice house manners and would make a wonderful family pet. Nelly has been spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccines. All she needs now is a home to call her own.
