Snowflake is just one year old. He wandered into an office building before Christmas. He was skin and bones, almost no skin left on his body, and he was so starved that his stomach was bloated. He walked up to a woman, sat and looked up at her as if to say, “Can you help me?” Snowflake has gotten great medical care, his gorgeous white coat is growing in thick and soft as goose down, with adorable brown freckles peeking through. The most beautiful thing about Snowflake though is his extraordinary spiri. This dog has a tremendous will to survive and he is pure love through and through. He loves going for leash walks but more than anything he craves human touch. He melts us when he buries his head in someone’s lap, just savoring the feeling of having someone close, someone to love. There are no words for how special he is. Snowflake hates having his picture taken but trust us, he’s usually smiling ear to ear! Now that he’s feeling so good, it’s even sadder that he is in boarding and we’d love to find him a loving foster or forever home. He has gained weight and muscle tone, he is extremely playful and affectionate and his coat is coming in beautifully!
