He was picked up by a high kill animal control and his neck was completely laid open from a collar growing in to his neck. His neck is in the process of healing. He also tested positive for heartworms. Suede has already started his heartworm treatment and is available for adoption now. He has been neutered and received all of his vaccinations. He is house broken and crate trained. Suede has such a wonderful personality. He is great with other dogs and loves people. He has not been tested with cats, but can be if needed.
