He was with a family, then was cast aside to live on a chain in a junk yard. He is 14 months old. Very sweet.. got along with other dogs and a kitten.. He is in need of basic training but really isn't to entirely bad. He is fully vetted, including neutered and all vaccines. Adoption fee is 50.00
