Nala came into rescue from a shelter, she was found severely malnourished and had ricketts. Her belly was horribly bloated and her legs were bowed out very badly.BUT.....look at her now!! She is a beautiful, healthy, energetic, playful puppy with STRAIGHT legs :-DNala is all puppy and as mischievous as they come lol she is always on the move and looking for something fun to do.She is very vocal as well, so if you like a 'talker' then she is the girl for you!Nala is currently working on her housebreaking but she IS crate trained. She knows to go to her crate and wait for her meals and to sit before she gets any treats. We are working on some other commands as well, like DOWN and SPEAK but we haven't gotten those dialed in just yet. She is VERY food/ treat motivated which makes her pretty easy to work with. She loves to go riding in the car and sits in her seat like a little person, just watching you drive, hoping you'll give her a scratch behind the ears every once in awhile :-DNala plays with lots of dogs and has lots of fun around them. She has also been around cats and does fine with them. Nala needs a home that is active or at least has other dogs for her to play with, to wear her out! Once she's gotten rid of all that puppy energy, all she wants to do is cuddle and sleep in her lap, she's quite the love bug and very social, she has yet to meet a stranger!So, if you're looking for a spunky little girl to add to your family, Nala might just be the one you've been looking for!!Nala's adoption fee is $200. Vet references will be checked, all current pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed or neutered unless actively showing or there is a valid reason for not being altered. Upon approval, a home visit will take place, adoption fee is secured and transfer of dog will be completed.
