Hello! My name is Mojo and I have attitude to go with my name! I'm a tiny little guy who was found wandering the streets. Hey, I learned lots of street smarts and attitude in my time out there!
But, it is really hard living on the street...having to find my own food and warm place to sleep. And no love from people! That was the worst thing! So I am hoping to find a home where there is a warm place for me to sleep and eat, and a human there that will love me!
Right now I'm staying at this fun place called Fetchers Dog Care. Not only are they taking care of me, but they are teaching me how to be friends with all the other dogs and with people! I'm also learning to walk on a leash. My former life on the street did not require me to be attached to this thing called a leash, so I'm not used to it quite yet. But I'm doing great with the other dogs and I'm really starting to warm up to the people here.
Everyone always wants to know about this thing called housetraining...well, we just don't know the answer to that yet, but since I've been on the street for so long, so we have to guess no. But I'm learning things quickly at Fetchers so that tells you I'm a smart little guy!
Okay...I am really small, but I'm the cutest little guy you will ever meet...with a spunky attitude! And I have this fantastic long tail - it is quite impressive! I'd love to have a family of my own soon...would you give me a chance?

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state. If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
