Hello! My name is Sammy or Sampson if you want to be formal! I'm a young pup who is looking for my forever home. My former owner passed away so ERU was called to help me find a new home.
I'm the sweetest little guy you will ever meet! It only takes me a few moments to warm right up to you and be your best friend. And I'm so gentle and loving...you couldn't ask for a better friend!
Okay, to the important stuff...I am house trained, so no problems there! I love to go outside and play, and I really like to play with other dogs! I don't know any formal commands yet like Sit or Stay, so hopefully I'll be able to find someone that will work with me to learn these commands. But I'm so smart that I'll pick up on my lessons quickly!
Okay already, go get to work on filling out an adoption application for me! I know my forever family is out there looking for me so I don't plan to be here long. So get going on that application!
Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state. If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs. Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
