Description:
If you are interested in learning more about Gus please contact Linda at lindasgarden@mac.com***********************************************************************Here's Gus, all boy with a heart as big as his muscles. This gorgeous guy was found on the side of the road with his best friend Millie. Gus has eyes that communicate. He is smart, house trained, crate trained, and loving. It takes a big lap to hold him, but that is where he likes to be, all 60 pounds of him with his chin on your chest looking into your eyes! He will need a secure fence and time with his humans. Before he discovered the joys of indoor living, he would escape once in a while, but for the past 2 years, Gus simply hangs out hopefully by the backdoor whenever he is outside. Basically, Gus is a big cuddler with lots of playful puppy left in him! He is thought to be about 5 to 6 years old. From his behavior, he is believed to have always been a pet, one with the mystery of how he came to be lost and worried on the shoulder of the highway. He adores riding in the car, especially the cab of the truck. DonÂ’t leave the door open unless you intend to take him for a drive. Gus adored Millie, but she has already found her forever home where she is best friends with a cat. Gus has shown no interest in cats at the vet, but he has not lived with one. He new walking buddy is a mixed breed neutered male that sleeps in the crate next to his. He has been neutered, is up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative.
