Please contact Sue (animals_forlife@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet. Chance is a handsome American Bulldog who looks very much like the dog Chance from the movie Homeward Bound. He is a big goofball who loves tummy rubs and playtime with our volunteers. Chance needs plenty of play and exercise in his life - regular exercise will enable him to be a more calm, relaxed dog in the home. He is an adolescent dog who came into the shelter as a stray. His previous family clearly neglected to teach him manners and he was a bit of a 'bull in a china shop' upon arrival. Thanks to our trainers, Chance has changed his ways! He is a very loving and obedient dog who now walks beautifully on a leash. He will need to continue this training with a new family, so be prepared to practice some obedience training and manners after adoption. If you would like to meet Chance, please visit during our adoption hours: Thursdays 5-7pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12-3pm.
