Kashi ,or “Johnnie Kash” as his foster folks call him, is as sweet tempered as they come. Although only a 6 month old puppy, he came to us with bite wounds and cropped ears (possibly used as “bait” by dog-fighters). He is housetrained and knows “sit” sleeps in a crate and loves to find goodies hidden in his Kong toy. He walks on a leash, but does best with a harness. He plays well with others. He is small for a pit bull (or whatever he is, American Bulldog mix?) He weighs about 35 lbs. He has not exhibited any aggression, just lots of kisses and gives and receives boundless affection. He was “sprung” from the Martinez shelter on his final day.
