Poor Gadget had been in the pound for FIVE MONTHS! He is enjoying his new foster home now that he's settled. Poor Gadget was terrified of my dogs so he hasn't ventured out of the laundry room much but he's getting better every day. Going from a tiny little cage to a big house is an overwhelming change for cats. If I pick him up and hold him, he is very snuggly and purrs. I know that as he gets more secure around the dogs that he is going to turn into a real snuggle-bug. Gadget is about 4 years old (his name has always been Gadget), front paw declawed, neutered, current on all shots, and ready for a new home. When he first went to the pound he was very fat. They had him on a controlled diet and even tho he got no exercise there, he did lose a few pounds over the last 5 months. He's still a little chubby and would benefit from an owner who's willing to continue with his weight loss by providing him with a healthy, portion cotrolled diet. Please contact his foster home for information or an application. Werdnam@comcast.net Gadget's adoption donation is $115.
