Description:
Frances is mostly white with some black markings. He is sweet and very people oriented. Frances has a severe diaphragmatic hernia. The vet thinks from an injury, maybe from being kicked. It doesn't slow him down much but he sometimes has trouble breathing on hot and humid days and when he gets too excited or stressed. He panics when he feels restrained (like when he is carried someplace), so would do best in a household without little kids who might want to carry him around and give him hugs. Frances gets along fine with the other cats and mostly ignores the dogs, although he doesn't like the rowdy young ones who try to play with him much. He was born early September 2003.
