Description:
DETROIT: Neutered Male-Shorthaired Grey with White Tiger Tuxedo. Approx: 3-5 years. Here’s what Detroit told us: “ I was a stray, living on the streets with a whole bunch of other cats. It’s kind of tough being on the streets when you are normally the shy, quiet type. I don’t go looking for conflict, I try my best to stay out of its’ way at all times. Unfortunately, I was picked on and bullied by the other Tom cats in the area. Even the girls beat me up. As kittens were born, and grew up-they picked on me. I guess that’s one of the reasons that I ended up being fiv positive-being beaten up so often, it was bound to happen. I had no chance for the good life the way I was living. One day, a lady came by and put a havaheart trap down. I had seen those before, and knew that whoever went in to them-never came back. I gave it some thought, and figured-why not see what happens on the other end of the ride in the trap. I walked in, the door shut, I went for a ride, ate while I rode, and settled in for whatever came next.
