Back in January, a very pregnant tabby named Heather was rescued from the frigid winter streets. When she was brought to a municipal shelter, she had already given birth to two kittens, one of which was stillborn. Another two were born overnight at the shelter. Heather's babies, Tarry, Jo Jo, and Cammy, would need at least two months to nurse from their mother until they could be weaned and put up for adoption, but the municipal shelter had no where to put them and their future looked grim. Thankfully, they found a safe, warm respite here at Bideawee, where they have been able to grow into healthy, affectionate kittens! Now that her babies are weaned, Heather is looking for a loving, forever home of her own. She is approximately 2 years old and is a super friendly and affectionate kitty that would fit in well with almost any home!
