Description: 
Charlie has been nicknamed 'Chuck' by one of our volunteers because of his 'cool character,' 'rat pack' demeanor. Surely, if he were human, he would be snapping his fingers and singing 'Mac the Knife.' Charlie came to us as a stray during a cold snap when a family found him in their garage. Grossly underweight, we have been feeding him special canned food to help him plump up, and he comes to 'Chuck' when summonded for this treat. He is fairly low maintenance, but using a deep litter pan is recommended so he doesn't fling litter onto the floor.
