Description:
Vanna is a gorgeous, pure white Manx mix. She was probably born sometime around May 2007 and weighs about 7 pounds. Vanna's tail is somewhere halfway between a rumpy and a full tail - shall we call it a 'halfy'? Regardless of what we call it, her tail looks quite attractive on her. Vanna's last litter of kittens was half rumpys, so we can be pretty sure she's part Manx. She was dumped at a shelter just a couple of days before having that litter of 4 kittens. Unfortunately, Vanna was prevented from nursing them thanks to developing an infection that required her being spayed right then. Luckily, a kind person stepped forward to bottle raise the little ones and they are doing fine.
Vanna is very affectionate and loves to be petted, often rolling about on the floor in an effort to entice you to pet her. She also adores cuddling, a true lap cat (or chest cat, if you'll lie down and let her lay on your chest). At the last adoption fair, she enjoyed being out of the cage, snuggling in my lap, and greeting visitors. She can also be quite chatty, telling you all about her day.
As might be expected, Vanna adores kittens. Her interaction with adult cats also brings out the kittenish side of her personality. She becomes very playful, wanting to chase and wrestle with those willing to play with her.
In short, Vanna is a beautiful, affectionate, and playful cat that would very much like to have a loving home of her very own. In my opinion, her playfulness means she would be happiest in a home with lots of company, either human or feline.
Vanna is vaccinated, vetted, wormed, spayed, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative. Her adoption fee is $140.00
