Pretty Polly was rescued off the street by a kind-hearted woman, who asked us to help her find Polly a forever home. Polly is a rare orange female with classic tabby markings. Even rarer, she is a polydactyl: she has extra toes on her both her two front feet. Her birthdate is estimated as sometime during the first week of September 2009. Polydactyl cats are known as exceptional mousers and hunters, and Polly is no exception. She loves to play with any toy that moves: dangle a toy, and Polly will happily demonstrate her innate hunting skills for you. While a bit reserved at first meeting you, after a quiet introduction, Polly will warm up and enjoy your attention, purring and leaning into your hand for cat-pets. The perfect home for Polly is one in which her people will give her a lot of attention. She needs people to play and interact with her. Polly so wants a home where she can play and watch the world from a safe, sunny window. If you think you can give this special girl a forever home, please call or email The Peter Zippi Fund to schedule an interview. Polly will be ready to go home with you by the middle of March. Polly is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
