I once had a family and lived in Philadelphia. My owners never had me sterilized and let me outside to play. When they found out that I was pregnant, they threw me outside on the streets in Philly. They said, “Now it will be the neighbor’s problem to feed you”. It was hard finding enough food to eat. I had to fight other cats and animals for food and they fought me too. Luckily, a volunteer with Forgotten Cats found me.
I went to live with my foster Mom and 3 days later I delivered 4 beautiful babies. I was a good mother and learning how to be a cat with my foster Mom’s help. I never had any toys before but now love to play with them. I was never even allowed to sit on someone’s lap before either. I know I will definitely be a great lap cat because when my foster Mom encourages me to sit on her lap, I love it. She pets me and I purr. I even like to talk and be brushed too. Whenever my foster Mom picks me up, I wrap my paws around her neck and purr.
Unfortunately, from my experience on the streets, I’m not good with other cats. I have a fear that they will hurt me or take all my food and there will be no food left for me. So, I really need to be an only cat. Maybe one day I will overcome this but I would be best right now as an only cat.
I really love to be around people and will definitely make a great new friend for you. Do you have room in your heart to give me a second chance? I promise I will be your new best friend.
