Description: 
Izzie aka Butterball was rescued when we received a call to help the petite cat because it was so cold out. Expecting a kitten, we found a beautiful adult instead - and that's quite ok. Izzie is a typical tortie, which means she has 'tortie-tude'. She is probably best suited to a house without small children. She can be wonderfully sweet but sometimes would rather just be left alone. Izzie absolutely loves to be brushed. She does ok with other cats after an adjustment period. Poor Izzie is terribly afraid of cat carriers so can only be viewed and met at her foster home. Adoption events are just too much for her. The vet estimates Izzie is 4-6 years old.
