Description:
Taya is a little black and white bundle of love. We found her in a rescue-friendly shelter. She had a little note on her cage that said, 'Cry baby! Give me attention!' When we got near her cage she started yelling loudly and sticking her paws out to us. We opened the door of her cage and she LEAPED into my arms, gave me a big hug, and started purring. Who could leave this little girl behind? When we saw that she had been at the shelter for more than 6 MONTHS we knew we had to take her. Between the shelter and our foster home, Taya has been in rescue for 10 months. We don't know why this petite little girl keeps getting overlooked. When we take her to adoption events she sticks her paw out trying to get everyone's attention and head butts everyone who pets her. Taya is extremely vocal and yells whenever she wants attention. The happier she is, the quieter she is, but she definitely lets you know when she wants something. The adoption donation for Taya is $80. She is spayed, up to date on all her shots, tested negative for FeLV and FIV and even microchipped. The adoption donation for all our cats and kittens includes spay/neuter, 4-way vaccination (FVRCP), rabies, testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Aids (FIV) and, in some cases, a microchip. Small animals are free of any visible signs of illness and, to the best of our knowledge, in good health at the time of adoption unless otherwise specified. Ages are often approximations.
