Description:
NICKEL: Neutered Male-Shorthaired-All Solid Grey. Approx: 1 year. Here’s what Nickel told us: “I have had a bit of a rough life so far in just a short time span. My first ‘family’ abused and neglected me, so badly that I had a severe head and eye injury. Luckily, I was found by someone and brought to the shelter- it took months for me to heal in foster care. I finally was cleared for a new home, found a great new family, lived happily for 3 months, then, bam-the family split up and I am now back at the shelter. I have never been one to adjust immediately, so my first few days at the shelter, well, let’s just say that I wasn’t the best to deal with. But, I got back to my normal self shortly after, and am ready to move on again. This time, I really want my forever home to be forever. Just give me a few days to adjust, and let’s hope you have the next 15-20 years of my handsomeness to fill your life with. I wouldn’t mind a kid or two to throw toys for me to fetch, and maybe even let me sneak into the bed at night.
