Last updated: 7/1/09 Franklin the little charmer is a sweet, outgoing little boy who loves to be held and petted. While he is quite the explorer and enjoys playing, he also likes resting on your shoulder or jumping in your lap for some cuddling while he purrs contently. He has a blast with his brother, Washington and his step-brother, Jefferson, and would love to be adopted with either of them. He does well with other adult cats also. There is a special sparkle in Franklin's deep green eyes. His soft, fluffy black fur has a bit of a brown tabby undertone. He was rescued with his brother and stepbrother from a high kill shelter at about 4 weeks old, where all three had been left with no mommy. A serogate mom, Americus, kindly took care of them until they could eat on their own. Now, Franklin is a happy, healthy kitty who would make someone an entertaining, affectionate pet. He is currently 7 weeks old. Adoption fee is $105 for one cat/kitten and $190 for two cats/kittens. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip and registration, age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment and FIV/FeLV testing. You can fill out an adoption application here!
