Description: 
Poor little Orphan Annie never had a chance. Only 8 weeks old she was found at the lake, going from person to person, crying for help. A good samaritan finally rescued her and brought her here 9 21-08. She was emaciated and injured so right to the vet we went. After treatment i brought her home and we all hoped she would recover. So sweet and grateful to be rescued all she wanted was for me to hold her and love her. She went to the bridge 9-25-08. She was just too tiny and sick and her weak little body couldn't go on. If only someone would have listened to her cries and helped her sooner. Are we all really so self absorbed, selfish and wrapped up in our own little worlds that we can ignore those that need our help so badly and still sleep at night? I can't, and everytime i think i am out of tears another one like this comes along. Sweet dreams little angel...you are at peace now.
