Let me be your Valentine!
Valentine is a female black domestic short hair, born February 12 2008. Valentine is a rescue from a large house with several apartments in East Syracuse. She and some other abandoned and stray pets were living in the attic. One of the tenants found them and brought Valentine and some of the other attic cats to Kitty Corner so that they could find a forever home.
Valentine is a bit on the shy side, but she's very affectionate at the same time. She has become our 'bathroom cat' -- coming out for lots of petting and purring whenever someone is in the bathroom, but reclusive the rest of the time. It's sad for us to see her often get passed over by adopters for the more outgoing cats, because we feel once she has met and become comfortable with someone, she is a very friendly and outgoing cat with people she knows. Though she can sometimes be a little flighty, she is desperate for affection. We feel she will settle quickly into a quiet home and become a loving family member. Valentine gets along OK with the other cats here. She is submissive, and does not challenge other cats who would boss her around. We feel she would do best in a home either where she was the only feline member, or where she shared a home with another cats who was not aggressive, or with a younger kitten with whom she could play. Valentine would make an excellent companion for a family feline looking for company.
Valentine is looking for a family who will have the patience and love to see the big heart inside her tiny body. Could you give this beautiful girl a loving, forever home? Please call us to come and meet Valentine, we think you'll see that he could be a perfect fit in your home. Call Kitty Corner at 315-457-4420 to meet our cats and adopt a new member of your family.
Valentine tests negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and all shots are up to date.
Kitty Corner has a lifetime return policy. If you adopt a cat or kitten from us and you can't keep it for any reason, we ask that you return it to us.
Thank you for looking at our cats!
