Very sweet kitty with extremely soft fur wants a shot at a home This exceptionally beautiful little gray girl lives up to her name: she has the most extraordinary soft, smokey gray-blue fur that just begs to be petted. And although Smokey Jo has been a bit shy during her time at the Whiskers shelter, she's now at the point where she begs, with her big yellow eyes, to be petted every chance she gets. When all of the other kitties at the shelter hang around looking for special treats from the volunteers to eat, Smokey sits on her shelf waiting for her favorite treat: to be touched. If you approach her quietly and gently, she will ask you to pet her from head to tail, and will occasionally turn over to have her belly rubbed...purring all the while.
