The Regional Center for Animal Control & Protection is working with many rescue groups, including the Roanoke Valley SPCA, to save the lives of unclaimed adoptable animals. Animals on this site are in danger of euthanasia due to space limitations. Please contact rescue@rvspca.org with the animal's number for more information. Looking for love. Kassie is calm, very sociable and affectionate openly seeking out a loving touch. she will greet you with a big hello and lavish you with rubs and bunts after any period of seperation. This animal is currently at the Regional Center for Animal Control and Protection and is in danger of euthanasia. The Roanoke Valley SPCA does not have space for it at this time, but has temperament tested it as being adoptable.
