Hello there, I''m Blackjack. I''m a big boy with a big heart, but I''ve probably been through a lot and need lots of love, patience and trust. I am very cautious at first when I meet someone. What I like is for you to wait for me to come closer, that means I''m really ready for affection! I love to be rubbed behind my ears and I will even give you headbutts. I might get a little nervous to be petted on my tail or back, though. I''m still learning to trust! Part of my play style is also to give little 'love nibbles', and because of this I should be in an adult home without any children or elderly or anyone who might not understand my silly sense of humor! I might hiss once in a while to say that something made me nervous or frightened. Once I get comfortable, I am a total lovebug, but I need that special household who will give me 'me' time when I need it and understand that I''m adjusting to new circumstances. I''m already neutered which means I can go home right away, so if you can give me the 'forever home' that matches my personality, please ask to visit!
